Germination Guarantee
We offer a 90% germination guarantee. If, under suitable conditions, less than 2 out of 3, 4 out of 5, 5 out of 6, or 10 out of 12 seeds germinate, we will gladly send you replacements. A seed is viable if the root is growing out of the shell. If viable and germinated seed dies after being planted in the medium, the west seed team wonโt be able to approve the warranty case as the growing conditions canโt be controlled on our side.
Feminized Seeds Guarantee
At our seed shop, we stand behind the quality of our feminized seeds. We guarantee that all our feminized seeds have a 99% chance of producing female plants. In the unlikely event that any of our feminized seeds produce male plants, we will replace them at no cost to you.
Please note that plants are counted as males if they only express male pollen sacs without female calyxes: hermaphroditic traits or occurrence of pollen sacks on primarily female plants often caused by the environment instabilities. Night cycle interruption or any light leakage to a growing space causes such issues 90% of the time.

In case of any problems, please send an email to support@westseed.ca including the following information:
- Your order number.
- Which variety and from which breeder are you having issues?
- How many seeds from what pack size are having this issue?
- How the germination was done: environmental conditions, a solution used for soaking, sequence of steps, how long each step took, etc.
- Attach photos of opened seed packaging, germination conditions, germinated seeds, and un-germinated seeds. We will try to resolve even cases without images, but please be aware that it would be hard for us to make sure that the issue is legit.
